Bedazzle Arts delivers inclusive theatre, education, community activity, talent development and productions. Atinamos redesigned and rebuilt its main website and continues to provide practical support, improvements and new digital features.
Situation: Bringing different areas of work into one clear website
Bedazzle Arts runs a wide range of programmes, including inclusive drama groups, talent development, Bespoke Education, creative workshops and community events. The organisation needed a modern website that could bring these different areas together clearly while still giving each one its own identity.
Additionally, because the organisation operates with a busy, small team, routine updates, term-date publishing, and event promotion needed to be simple and practical to manage without requiring ongoing developer intervention for everyday content changes.
The previous website had been built on Wix, where the existing templates and page structure had become limiting for the organisation’s growing needs. Routine changes and the introduction of more tailored features were becoming harder to manage within the existing setup.
Approach: Built around how Bedazzle actually works
Instead of applying a generic pre-made website template, Atinamos developed the solution around Bedazzle's specific operational needs. The redesigned site gives Bedazzle’s main programme areas, including Bespoke Education, a clear place within one consistent website. We carefully planned the structure around:
- The organisation's existing visual branding and color palette.
- Ensuring visitors can easily find schedules, term dates, and service details.
- A publishing workflow tailored to how staff prepare and update announcements.
- Structuring the hosting, domains, and files to support incremental digital feature additions in the future.

A donation option linked directly to an established SumUp hosted payment page, avoiding complex gateway overheads on the website itself.
Tutor-led blog and news publishing
Originally developed so tutors could publish updates during the Edinburgh Fringe, later expanded into a site-wide news system with draft/published states, categories, and homepage promotion controls without editing code.
Student and tutor resource platform
A dedicated resource area where students and tutors can easily access rehearsal scripts, documents, schedules, and other learning materials.
Outcome: A website that can continue to evolve
Bedazzle now has a modern, responsive website that brings its different programmes together while retaining a clear identity for each area. Its team has practical ways to publish updates, promote activity and direct enquiries, with Atinamos continuing to provide support and improvements.
Moving away from the previous hosted website platform also created more flexibility for custom publishing tools, integrations and ongoing improvements.
