Digital Problem Review
A focused review of one website journey, online process, booking, form, customer journey or specific digital problem that is not working as well as it should.
£195
Understand what is going wrong and what to do next
Perhaps customers are struggling to complete a booking, people cannot find the right information, enquiries are being lost, or an online process is creating more work for your team than it saves.
The Atinamos Digital Problem Review looks closely at one specific website journey, online process or digital problem.
We will examine what appears to be going wrong, why it matters and what the most practical next step should be.
Suitable problems might include
- customers abandoning a booking or enquiry process;
- people struggling to find or understand a service;
- low take-up of an online offer;
- forms that are confusing or difficult to complete;
- repeated customer questions that the website should answer;
- digital processes that create unnecessary administration;
- existing website features that people do not appear to use.
What the review includes
For £195, we will:
- agree the specific problem or journey to review;
- test the relevant customer experience on desktop and mobile;
- examine the connected pages, forms or process steps;
- consider any useful analytics, feedback or evidence you can provide;
- identify the main areas of friction or confusion;
- separate quick improvements from changes that may need a larger project;
- provide a concise written report with prioritised recommendations;
- include a 30-minute follow-up call to discuss the findings.
What you will receive
Your written review will explain:
- what appears to be happening;
- why it may be affecting customers or your organisation;
- what is already working well;
- the most important practical improvements;
- which changes may be quick fixes;
- which changes need further planning or development;
- the most sensible next step.
The aim is not to produce a long list of generic technical warnings. It is to give you a clear, useful view of the problem and what to do about it.
What is not included
The Digital Problem Review is a focused service rather than a full website audit.
It does not include:
- a review of every page or digital system;
- formal accessibility certification;
- penetration testing or a formal security audit;
- a complete SEO strategy;
- legal or regulatory advice;
- implementation of the recommended changes;
- detailed specifications for a new system;
- unlimited investigation, meetings or follow-up support.
If your concern covers several unrelated problems, multiple websites or a much larger process, we will explain this before starting and help you identify the best way forward.
What we need from you
Before the review begins, we will ask you to tell us:
- what you believe is going wrong;
- what you want customers or users to do;
- who the journey is intended for;
- what currently happens;
- what a better result would look like.
Where relevant, we may also ask for test access, example emails, anonymised process information or read-only analytics access.
